Mamie B. Johnson was elected to City Council on May 6, 2014, to represent Ward 3.
Ms. Johnson is the Co-Chair of City Council’s Communities and Public Safety Committee and a member of its Finance, Administration and Economic Development Committee. She is City Council’s designated representative to Virginia First Cities Coalition.
She serves on the Broad Creek Coalition, Fairmount Park and Greater Norview task forces, and the Richard Bowling Elementary School PTA Board. Previously, she served on the Lafayette-Winona School Planning Management Team.
Additionally, she is a member of the National Council of Negro Women, Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association of Norfolk, Norfolk City Democratic Committee, Upsilon Omicron Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Angelia Williams Graves was elected to City Council on November 2, 2010 to represent the citizens of Super Ward 7.

Paul R. Riddick was first elected to Council in July 1992 representing Ward 4.
He is owner and operator of Riddick Funeral Service in Norfolk. He attended Norfolk State University and has an A.A.S. degree in funeral service from John Tyler Community College, Chester, Virginia. Mr. Riddick is chairman of the Southside Task Force, serves as Co-Chair of City Council’s Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, and is a member of its Health, Education and Families Committee.
